Limited Warranty
CPRO guarantees that its products (with the exception of the common use parts that are not of its own production) are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the Buyer. As the derogation to the above, the warranty period for the products below is as follows;

- Camera modules (either as stand-alone or integrated in other products) : 12 months
- And for any other product which is subject to mechanical wear under normal use the warranty shall be limited to a period of 12 months

The warranty shall not apply to products that have been tampered with, repaired by third parties or utilized in a manner that does not conform to the established conditions of use.
In accordance with this warranty and in case of any claims, invalidity of the guarantee granted hereunder follow the procedure indicated here below, the Buyer shall:

- Notify CPRO's SALES office in writing within 8 days from receipt of the products in case of manifest defects and within 8 days from discovery in case of hidden defects. CPRO shall assign a RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number to be used for any further communication and to be indicated on all documents necessary for the return of the goods. To obtain a RMA number the Buyer shall provide the following information;

• Model and Serial Number, Date of shipment, PO number, CPRO’s PI number,
• Details of the defect or problem

- Keep the contested products at CPRO's disposal for examination for a period of 30days for inspection. It is further understood that the assignment of compliant number shall not be deemed as an acknowledgement of the existence of the claimed defect, as the burden of proof is always for the Buyer's account.
- Ship the products, at the Buyer's expense, only after receipt of CPRO's authorization to return the goods, In absence where of the goods shall in no case be accepted by CPRO. The returned products shall only be accepted if shipped in the original packaging complete with the bills of purchase.

Should CPRO acknowledge the existence of the claimed defects, the warranty shall be limited, at its discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective products, whenever possible and within the normal time required therefore, or to the issue of a credit note for the amount of the defective products, any other legal or conventional warranty or claims for any further direct, indirect or conventional damages sustained by the Buyer or third parties, unless in case of intent or gross negligence, being expressly excluded.
In case of unjustified returns all verification, transport and shipment costs shall be charged to the Buyer.
